Cucur Murid Pendidikan Khas.. Sedap

Salam prihatin... hari ke-empat di SKRC kami sibuk dengan aktiviti sukan di sebelah pagi, namun begitu tugasan PB yang diberikan tidak kami abaikan. apa yang perlu bijak dalam pembaahagian masa dan kerjasama antara satu sama lain. untuk makluman juga kami turt melhat p&p bagi aktiviti memasak kanak-kanak pendidikan khas ini. ketika itu sedang di ajar dan belajar memasak cucur. kami turut di jamu untuk merasa masakan mereka. enak juga.. ada ikan bilis, bawang, carrot sebagai bahan penambah selera.. jom lihat video murid-murid ni.:)

Yayasan Sultan Idris Shah


Yayasan Sultan Idris Shah is a foundation that caters for people and children with physical disabilities in Perak for the purpose of an 'awareness in rehabilitation services' at the foundation.The Foundation seeks to reach out to every person with a disability and provide the state of the art facilities and services to them, so that they may have a better quality of life and to bring new meaning to living again.The Foundation practices an 'Open Door Policy'. It provides services free of all costs irrespective of race, religion, culture or age. The Foundation strives to achieve love, peace ad hope through its services, especially to the rurally poor.


VisionTo enhance the quality of Life and 'Making Dreams a Reality' for children and people with physical disabilities. Mission To empower people and children with physical disabilities to lead meaningful and near normal lives through the Multi-disciplinary approach. To ease the trauma of being Disabled, either natural or acquired with the attendant feelings of hopelessness, despair, suicidal tendencies, ostracisation, dejection,frustration and even mistrust in God. To empower community caregivers, and family with rehabilitation skills and knowledge through appropriate systematic transfer of our experiences and rehabilitation skills so as to make them more significant and effective in the care of the disabled. To pursue a continious, path of improvement in the Multi-disciplinary approach by self assessment, and learning of contemporary test disciplines of treatment and development of a person or child with disbilities.


Multidisciplinary RehabilitationThe Foundation's service delivery through its multidisciplinary effort consists of: Physiotherapy Speech Therapy Occupational Therapy Community Based Programmes Skills Development and Training. A disability will never, through rehabilitation result in miraculous cure but it affects a recovery towards the ability to live again: to live a more meaningful life, at times independently of others and self-sufficiency within disability. This is rehabilitation. The main components of rehabilitation comprises of: Treatment (medical, surgical and therapeutic); Education (public awareness and assessment of academic ability); Social integration; Economic habitation (self sufficiency, employment and engagement in small trade and businesses); Skills training & development (transfer of grass root training to caregivers; and Enrolment of children into normal schools.


The Community Based Rehabilitation practiced by YSIS is also unique in that we do not solely depend of referrals from doctors or hospitals but attend to any individual who walks in for assistance, or is referred to us by the public. Any call for assistance in rehabilitative care through the press is immediately acted upon. Upon registration (our current number totals 3, 853) the disabled patients' remaining ability against his disability is assessed using this multidisciplinary approach. A consensus decision is made on the realistic goals that can be achieved by the patient within a predicted period of time. The ability of the disabled to acquire and accommodate these rehabilitative treatment, services and activity is not easy but the rehabilitation team will tirelessly forge on taking each hurdle at a time.

PENDIDIKAN KHAS SEKOLAH KEBANGSAAN RAJA CHULAN

Salam kasih sayang buat semua yang sudi membuka blog ini... Alhamdulillah saya telah menjalani PBS di sekolah ini genap hari ke-3. Pada hari pertama saya dan rakan bakal pendidik, saudari fatihayah menjejakan kaki di sekolah ini kami telah disambut dengan baik sekali oleh PK pentadbian iaitu Pn Arifah. Kami telah di beri sedikit taklimat berkenaan sekolah dan juga nasihat dalam menjadi seorang pendidik terutama sebagai pendidik kanak-kanak berkeperluan khas ini. perkataan SABAR dan Keikhlasan amat di titik berat kan oleh beliau. begitulah hendaknya yang ada dalam diri kami.

Setelah itu, tidak sabar rasanya berjumpa dengan kanak-kanak pendidikan khas, dalam fikiran bagaimanakah penerimaan mereka, apa kah sikap dan tingkah laku murid-murid ini dan berbagai-bagai lagi persoalan di minda kami. gemuruh pun ada juga, kerana ini merupakan kali pertama melihat realiti menjadi pendidik bagi murid berkeperluan khas. syukur alhamdulillah kami dapat membiasakan diri. keramahan guru-guru di sekolah ini membuatkan kami mudah berkomunikasi sama ada gurunya mahupun murid-muridnya.

Untuk makluman seramai 28 orang muri berkeperluan khas dengan pelbagai masalah seperti, masalah pembelajaran, slow learner, terencat akal, autisme, ADHD dan down sindrom di tempatkan di sekolah ini. kelas pendidikan khas di Sekolah Raja Chulan ini dibuka pada tahun yang lalu, dan mempunyai seramai 6 orang guru dan 2 PPM. Meskipun masih baru dibuka, guru-guru di sini begitu komited dalam menyediakan kemudahan BBM dan keceriaan kelas-kelas pendidikan khas.

Kami amat beruntung kebetulan menjalani PBS semasa aktiviti minggu sukan sekolah dilangsungkan. bersama ini saya turut sertakan gambar murid-murid bekerperluan khas sewaktu raptai sukan di jalankan..lain kali saya akan masukkan juga video.. seronok melihat gelagat mereka.. saya dan rakan dah mesra dengan mereka ini.. yang paling terharu setiap kali sebelum pulang mereka akan salam kami dan mengucakan 'terima kasih cikgu'.. mereka juga ingat nama saya.. CIKGU ZAI. 'berbunga aje hati ni':)
